I absolutely love Red Velvet Cupcakes so I decided I was going to make them instead of the usual go to of buying them. One of the reasons I am always hesitant on baking them is that I am worried they won't taste the same/be as good, but I decided lets got for it.
So the grand finale came for the decoration of the cakes and I reluctantly let my sister take control so all design is down to her. At least everyone will believe me that they are home made ;)

But I will take the glory for how GOOD they were, lets just say I made them yesterday, all 25 have now gone! You can be given the best tools but its what you make with them, that's my motto.
I promise my next post which will again be on food, on a roll with cooking new things this month. It will be my own recipe that I am proud of. So stay tuned and whilst you wait for it - go and bake yourself some Red Velvet Cupcakes. Gutted their is none left for me after writing this post, it has me craving for one.
